Breath

I’ve learned something just in the last few weeks that has transformed my personal life, my business life and my relationships. It is a super complicated, little known secret that you can only learn if you hike for 37 days to the top of the highest peak in Northern Kathmandu.

It is referred to as…

Breathing

I know, I know. Crazy right? How am I going to learn that? What kind of shenanigans are you try to pull on me here Seiferth? What’s this wicked, voodoo sorcery about anyway?

Well, let me tell you, it wasn’t easy, but I created a very simple exercise that will allow you to quickly and easily master this highly specialized technique in a very short period of time.

Just watch the video, play along and in no time you’ll see the results.

Documentaries Are Dominating The Seiferth Home Theater

I just watched a documentary last night called Waste = Food. Check it out right now:

My wife and best friends have also been lighting up the ‘ol home theater screen with other docus that deserve mention:

King Corn
Bigger, Stronger, Faster

And probably the BEST one I’ve seen lately is the least likely to be on anyone’s top 5 list of documentaries:

The History Of The “Amen Break”

That is not even the official title of the video because the video doesn’t have an official title. It is an 18 minute video of a turn table playing a record. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. WTF, right? Well, give it a chance. It is some of the best writing I’ve heard in a long time and explains the origin of something that has seeped into popular culture and most of us don’t even know it.

Let me know what documentaries you’ve watched lately cuz we are always looking for new stuff to watch.
